Steak & Chicken Rub

Ingredients:


4 TSP Kosher Salt

4 TSP Coarse Ground Black Pepper

1 TSP Dried Oregano

1 TSP Dried Thyme

1 TSP Paprika

1 TSP Minced Garlic

In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Blend well (NOTE - you will have extra seasoning. Transfer the remaining seasoning to a shaker to use at a later date.). Apply a thin coating of olive oil to the meat. Sprinkle rub generously over either steak or chicken to season, and gently pat onto the surface of the meat (don't rub).
