GRILLED ASPARAGUS
Ingredients:
Fresh Asparagus
Green Vegetable Marinade
Cooking Method - DIRECT
Take the desired quantity of fresh asparagus, and break of the bottom portion of each stalk where the natural bend occurs in the stalk. Place the asparagus in a Ziploc bag. Prepare the green vegetable marinade, and pour it over the asparagus. Allow to marinate at room temp for at least 15 minutes. Get your Egg up to 450 degrees, and place a grill safe metal vegetable pan that has 2" or so high sides on the cooking grid to cook the asparagus in. Let the pan get hot, and place the asparagus in the pan (drain out the marinade first). Cook the asparagus until crisp tender (about 10-15 minutes), tossing with a pair of tongs while cooking. Remove the asparagus from the Egg, and place in a pan or dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
