Green Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients:


1 lb. Fresh Green Vegetable Of Choice (Asparagus, Green Beans, etc) 

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mix all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese in a large Ziploc bag, and place on the counter. Let flavors marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes. Place vegetables on a grill over medium heat, turning frequently until crisp tender (About 10-15 minutes).

Remove vegetables from heat, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
